Cancellation and Refund Policies
For Renters
- Cancellation Period
- Guests can cancel their reservation up to 25 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund of the initial payment, including the platform fee and the security deposit.
- Refunds
- 100% Refund: For cancellations made 25 days or more before the check-in date.
- No Refund: For cancellations made within 25 days of the check-in date.
- Security Deposit
- If the reservation is canceled within the eligible period, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
- In cases where cancellations are not eligible for a refund, the deposit is retained as per the agreement.
- Changes to Bookings
- Any changes to booking dates are subject to property availability and must be approved by the property owner.
For Property Owners
- Owner-Initiated Cancellations
- Owners must provide a minimum of 25 days’ notice if they need to cancel a reservation.
- Failure to do so may result in penalties and/or removal from the platform.
- Refund Process for Renters
- If an owner cancels the reservation, the guest will receive a 100% refund, including the platform fee and deposit.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after a cancellation request is approved.
