Cancellation and Refund Policies

For Renters

  1. Cancellation Period
    • Guests can cancel their reservation up to 25 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund of the initial payment, including the platform fee and the security deposit.
  2. Refunds
    • 100% Refund: For cancellations made 25 days or more before the check-in date.
    • No Refund: For cancellations made within 25 days of the check-in date.
  3. Security Deposit
    • If the reservation is canceled within the eligible period, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
    • In cases where cancellations are not eligible for a refund, the deposit is retained as per the agreement.
  4. Changes to Bookings
    • Any changes to booking dates are subject to property availability and must be approved by the property owner.

For Property Owners

  1. Owner-Initiated Cancellations
    • Owners must provide a minimum of 25 days’ notice if they need to cancel a reservation.
    • Failure to do so may result in penalties and/or removal from the platform.
  2. Refund Process for Renters
    • If an owner cancels the reservation, the guest will receive a 100% refund, including the platform fee and deposit.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after a cancellation request is approved.
