Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old to rent or list a property on Flexsirent.com.
- By using the platform, users agree to abide by all applicable Spanish laws and regulations regarding property rentals.
Rental Duration
- Minimum rental period: 29 days.
- Maximum rental period: 10 months. Extensions beyond this duration are subject to mutual agreement between the renter and property owner.
User Responsibilities
- Renters: Must provide accurate personal and payment details during the booking process. Any misuse or damage to the property will be the renter’s liability.
- Property Owners: Must ensure properties comply with Spanish rental laws, including habitability standards and safety requirements.
Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full rental payment.
- Cancellations are subject to the platform’s cancellation policy.
Payment Terms
- Flexsirent.com supports secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers.
- A service fee is charged for each booking, included in the final payment amount displayed at checkout.
Privacy Policy
- User data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain’s data protection laws.
- Personal information will only be shared with the property owner for booking purposes.
